”Between Here And There” was composed in 2009 for Finnish radio-program Aaniversumi. It is a nine part composition about movement and transitions between soundscapes. It could be a soundtrack for an imaginary film. It has a lot of foley effects. Effects are used as a glue between parts but they are also sampled, looped and processed to form rhythmic layers for compositions. SCI Prophet VS synthesizer and it’s digital soundscapes are used extensively. VS has been a great source of inspiration in this music.
